Please fill in the abstract submission form and return to conference secretariat via email (hkasmss1988@yahoo.com) by deadline. Submission by letter, fax or CD/DVD will NOT be accepted.

ALL successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged within 6 working days.

Each author could submit more than one abstract, but the author MUST use a NEW form for EACH submission.

If the abstract is confirmed to be accepted, only the presenting author will be notified of abstract acceptance by email. The presenting author will be required to register and confirm attendance.

Submitting an abstract implies the authors agree to publish the abstracts in the conference program book.
SUBMISSION TYPE
The abstract must be submitted by a current Postgraduate or Undergraduate student as the presenting author. He / she can choose to submit abstracts of:

Original Research (Oral or Poster presentation), or
-
Project Proposal (Poster presentation only) *
* We highly recommend that students who are in the planning phase to submit a Project Proposal, in order to obtain professional and peer comments to optimize the project’s rationale and methodology.
